Kasbah Chems offers jaw-dropping views and rich cultural experiences. The family running the kasbah is wonderfully helpful and organized activities like walks and live Berber music. The breakfast on the terrace with delicious local food and hand-picked flowers is a special treat. The staff, especially Mustapha, goes above and beyond to enhance guests' experiences.

There was a lack of proper communication with guests, with no clear directions offered regarding the trek. The location was quite far from the city centre, which made the trek quite tiring.

We also enjoyed the stunning views of the surrounding natural beauty and the peace and quiet of being away from the hustle and bustle of tourist crowds. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home.
The room was quite small and cramped, with limited storage space and few amenities. the bed was also uncomfortable and made for a restless night's sleep.
